High-level presentations, close exchange - 🚀 Successful Textiles Innovation Conference by KARL MAYER North America The 2nd Textiles Innovation Conference held by KARL MAYER North America proved to be a complete success. The trade event took place from June 25 to 27, 2024 at the headquarters of the KARL MAYER GROUP subsidiary in Greensboro, North Carolina. The conference boasted an impressive turnout with over 200 attendees, exhibitors, and keynote speakers. While the majority hailed from many states across the USA, the event also attracted a global audience, including participants from Italy, Canada, Mexico, and other countries. The conference continued to build momentum as an important platform for the exchange and transfer of know-how between brands, designers, and manufacturers from the textile industry. Our new 💪power net production machine RE 4-1 sets standards in terms of price-performance ratio! 🚀 The RE 4-1 is particularly interesting for our customers in price-sensitive markets. It offers highly efficient production of standard power net articles at an extremely competitive price. 💰 A 170″ version of the machine has already been on sale and an RE 4-1 with a working width of 190″ and will be offering from middle of July 2024. The machine can be ordered with E 28 and E 32 gauges. The 170" version is also available with E 36. With its technical configuration, the RE4-1 is optimised for the production of elastic and non-elastic standard fabrics, especially for the underwear sector. For us the Première Vision offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with our customers and experience first-hand the latest trends in the fashion industry, especially the lace trends. Close customer contact is an important part of our doing. Trade fairs such as Première Vision are therefore not only platforms for innovation and inspiration for us, they are also important meeting points for dialogue with our customers. Here we can meet the entire industry and hold valuable discussions, obtain feedback and deepen our relationships. Première Vision is also known for its trends in the lace sector. This exhibition provides the perfect platform to discover the latest developments in materials and design. We have scored an important victory in the fight against product piracy in China! ⚖👨⚖️ One of our competitors in China had infringed one of our patents and, after several years of dispute in court involving two instances, must immediately cease manufacturing and advertising the machines with the technical solution that was the subject of the legal dispute. A fine was also imposed by the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China. The judgement sends a clear message:  👩⚖️ 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁! The court's decision also gives us security in our business activities in the important Chinese market. "The judgement shows that legal certainty in competition is being strengthened in China.
