You cannot achieve precision in a single step. Precision is always an interplay of several influencing factors. With the direct drive #lineartransfersystem LS One, there are seven aspects that we use to achieve high and, above all, reliable precision throughout the entire life cycle. Which ones? Feel free to ask our Application Engineers and dedicated Sales Managers. #Thefutureisthiseasy #automation #assembly

In principle, the gantry solutions from WEISS consist of our linear motor axes. Simple so far. But in fact, we put a little bit more engineering and expertise into our gantry solutions. And that’s precisely what makes the difference. Large, small, fast, slow, lightweight, heavy, simple, complex, clockwise, counter-clockwise, forward, backward, robust, fragile, always the same, different every time ... 😳 It actually almost does not matter to us what you do with our #rotaryindexingtables. But only almost, because if it did not matter to us, we would not have put so much thought into offering you the best solution. In our portfolio, you will find rotary indexing tables for exceptional assembly tasks, and also for everyday ordinary assembly tasks. #thefutureisthiseasy #automation #assembly #WEISSWorld

Survival of the Fittest. Modularity makes it possible. Adaptability is often the key to market success. Customer requirements and trends change, new technologies change processes and open up new possibilities. These changes sometimes pose entirely new requirements on production and assembly systems. It’s good when assembly line components are designed so that they can be optimized as needed. The direct-drive linear transfer system LS One is built with a consistent modular design. #lineartransfersystem #assembly #automation #thefutureisthiseasy #WEISSWorld

The Pick-and-Place module HP from WEISS is a great thing in and of itself. Because it is extra slim, it saves space in the assembly line. It is super-precise with 5 µ repeat accuracy and also very fast at 4 m/s. But the W.A.S. Scalable control package is what really makes the HP a great hit. This feature is what enables WEISS handling components to achieve their maximum performance. WEISS application software gives users an easy-to-understand user interface so they can specifically access the parameters they need. No more – but also no less. By the way: You can control up to 32 axes with W.A.S. Scalable. #assembly #automation #thefutureisthiseasy #WEISSWorld

WEISS makes #rotaryindexingtables? Yes, those too. And from these rotary indexing tables, especially the CR series, we make trunnions, rotary drums, H-turners, positioning solutions and everything possible that adds additional axes to industrial #robots. The rotary indexing solutions from WEISS are often used in the automotive industry, glass industry, housing construction and anywhere that large and heavy workpieces are used in welding jobs. And since every application is different, we design the sub-systems specifically for each customer. #assembly #automation #thefutureisthiseasy #WEISSWorld

WE like to move it, move it 🎶🎵🎶 It’s not just that we like to move workpieces. We also do it with high precision. Such as with the DR #deltarobots. The repeat accuracies (translational) are at ±0.01 to ±0.05 mm, depending on the model. And what do you do with it? That’s up to you – but we’ll join you. https://lnkd.in/ezQAAswD

Making complexity manageable? There are at least as many production possibilities and concepts as there are end products. You need to find the most efficient way, especially when it comes to automating assembly processes. Instead of having to build the entire setup from nothing, WEISS offers a pre-programmed and pre-parameterized system with LS One. Three movement scenarios of the workpiece carriers on the linear transfer system are already pre-programmed. Depending on the requirement, they can be combined and adapted to the customer process. We make it easy for you, because our components and solutions are meant to simplify the future of industrial production. #lineartransfersystem #assembly #automation #thefutureisthiseasy #WEISSWorld

#LSOne #lineartransfersystem With LS One, WEISS supplies a complete, functional linear transfer system. Alongside the motor modules, components such as workpiece carriers and the frame are included in the scope of delivery. What's more, LS One is 💡pre-parameterized and pre-programmed💡. The basic software settings have already been made so that customers only have to set up their process. As part of functional integration, the sensors and drive controller are already integrated into the linear motors. This is why daisy chain wiring is easy to implement. This reduces installation costs and possible service costs as well. LS One is delivered as a pre-wired, precommissioned complete system consisting of the transfer system including the control cabinet and main control system. #thefutureisthiseasy #WEISSWorld #assembly #automation

#LSOne #lineartransfersystem With the WEISS Application Software (W.A.S. LS), the direct driven transfer system LS One is quickly started up and programmed without any in-depth knowledge of programming and control systems. LS One is always pre-parameterized and pre-programmed before it is shipped to customers. The software is easy to operate via a web-based user interface and features expanded monitor functions. The integrated manual teach option simplifies setup, since it is possible to position a master carrier automatically and coordinate additional workpiece carriers with it. At the same time, each workpiece carrier can also be taught offline. The sensors and control of the workpiece carriers are directly integrated into each individual motor. This makes daisy chain wiring possible. LS One is already wired and commissioned before shipment to customers as a system including a control package, control cabinet and main control system. #thefutureisthiseasy #WEISSWorld #assembly #automation
