Trying to highlight the following things. 1. How you solved critical problems with best idea or with minimal resources. 2. Which are products or service you have successfully released and established as brand in market. 3. How you achieve the goal and what was your strategy behind the completing goal. 4. What is your core expertise where you are the best of best among all team members.

As many entrepreneurs faced same problem when they trying to schedule plan according to their wish but mostly it not work and when it continue .. it means that there is no priorities set or not clear business strategy or plan and it keep entrepreneur all time busy with work and not able to give time to family , for self care such as exercise, mediation, hobbies or relaxation. So use your calendar or planner to block out time for only work when you have office hour and when you will at home then only for family and personal activities.

As per my experience, if you will do everything by your self then you or your company will not progress fast and also it not good for your mind peach and health. Try to divide task into team and setup hierarchy team so you just need to assign task to top person and he can complete tasks with team members. Trying to setup maximum automation process for each department, onboarding process etc so it will make you worry less even someone will leave your team or company or not present in office.

During work time, first priorities your important work so you can complete it on same day and after office hours, you can able to more focus and spend quality time with family. Do not do yourself everything and divided work into team and trust them. Well planned strategy and priorities will help for mind peach and keep healthy and also it help to stay with family physically and mentally.

Get Practical Experience 1. Go for internships, volunteer work, or part-time roles in the desired fields you want to explore. 2. Do side projects related to your desired career path. 3. Seek mentorship from experienced individuals and work under them to learn more about the field practically and understand the day-to-day work experience. 4. Understand the field and evaluate where you can grow more and bring in more changes to your career plan. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and expand your network through seminars (online or offline), conferences, workshops, etc.

Self-Assessment 1. Find your core interests and passions and evaluate them against your desired career choice. 2. Find what you are naturally good at, and what skills have you developed in your life and career so far. 3. Take personality assessment tests accordingly. 4. Also consider where you want to see yourself in 5, 10, or 20 years. This helps you plan better in terms of location, salary, upscaling plan, etc. Research 1. Look for different industries and sectors that align with your interests. 2. Connect with professionals in your desired fields through networking events, LinkedIn, etc. 3. Look for online resources like job boards, career websites, and industry-specific communities to research job openings, upcoming job trends etc.
