      As a Senior Consultant I serve clients in Automotive, Manufacturing and Financial Services to support them in shaping their strategy, identifying and realizing growth potential and defining as well as implementing innovative and technology-based business models.

      My responsibilities include in particular:

      Successful application of extensive methodological expertise in M&A with a focus on digitalization and technology (e.g. market screening, target identification, long and short lists, indicative company valuation, due diligence).

      Stakeholder and change management in a complex environment (C-level to operational level, disruptive project content, large number of group companies and brands involved, heterogeneous sales channels as well as process and IT system landscapes).

      Subject matter responsibility in the area of software and service business models (organic and inorganic growth strategy, product development and market entry strategy, business model and monetization concept).

      Project management for innovative and challenging projects up to C-level management and project volume >300.000 EUR (e.g. spin-off in the area of SaaS with 28,2% CAGR revenue growth until 2030).

      Further development of the consulting portfolio in the area of growth and monetization strategy (e.g. platform, subscription, (e-)mobility business models, process automation).

      Recruiting, selection, onboarding and further development of new employees* including HR responsibility as People Counselor of four students (rating Upward Feedback: 4.4 out of 5.0) and two mentees.

      Active support and execution of technical sales and acquisition activities including resource planning, proposal preparation and costing, preparation and presentation of pitch documents.

      Self-initiated development of scientific collaborations for guest lectures, knowledge exchange, joint workshops and student research projects as well as supervision of final theses.
