The main purpose of this report is to develop concrete structures for the use of urban carbon
market approaches under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement for Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) and
Kampala (Uganda). Four case studies were developed in key sectors to enable implementation of climate finance approaches under Article 6.
