• Managed four development teams (one/semester) with up to 10 members (internal and external) from Pre-Production to final Goldmaster
• Established workflows, pipelines and processes to improve team performance, quality of the product and overall team satisfaction
• Oversaw all project dependencies and made sure contingency plans were in place throughout the development cycle -
