I have direct management responsibility for the channel reseller and distribution account managers across the region. In collaboration with Regional Directors, Specialist Leads and Pre-Sales I create and drive focused sales and technical enablement programs in the region. I am accountable for incremental, non-named account quota.

    Areas of Responsibility:

    Channel Strategy, Management and Execution
    • Responsibility for Developing and implementing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in conjunction with sales leadership, interlocking Field Sales and Inside Sales with Distribution and Reseller objectives that accelerates indirect revenue growth
    • I develop and execute partner plans that promote new partner recruitment, technical enablement, incremental business and balanced portfolio of channel sales
    • Accountable to communicates and reinforce the channel strategy via integration and alignment with key stakeholders, including field sales team, inside sales team, specialist and pre-sales; provides leadership and accountability for execution of strategy and objectives
    • Responsible for articulating RSA’s vision and strategy, driving and measuring Channel Program Requirements and participation
    • Assign and oversee goal assignment, territory planning and business plan execution
    • Accountable for regional channel forecast, operational command of the business and exceeding goals
    • Responsible for strategy that consistently recruits, measures and evaluates partners
    • Responsible for regional channel marketing activities that drive Return On Investment and new opportunities
    • I interface with key partner executives to build meaningful relationships resulting in strategic relevance through clear articulation of RSA’s vision and strategy, smart sales enablement programs and execution

I created joint services portfolio opportunities and increased services bookings with Partners. I oversaw and inspected and reviewed the Partner Quality Assurance Program for the UK and the results. I Identified internal offers that complemented the reseller’s service offers and influenced the partner to fill the gaps or subcontract the services to EMC. I was the highest point of services escalations. I
      aligned my actions with the Partner Technical Consultant teams insuring the partner technical community was well informed and up to date on all services activities.

      I drove the reseller’s services enablement strategy & execution of service offers and programs including Velocity Program Services Implement, Manage and Support as well as Preferred Partner options.

      Built training plans for services delivery that aligns to investment areas

      Fed Global Services offers to Partner Technical Consultants for training plan update for sales/pre-sales education (how to sell)

      Owned and contributed to Collaborative and Scalable services revenue goal by providing consultative Global Services portfolio review

      Managed and communicated key Partner performance metrics such as partner’s delivery quality, Velocity Program program compliance
