This support is focussed upon T-Systems ICT outsourcing projects national as well as international. Primary scope is the ICT service portfolio such as Infrastructure Managed Data Centre, Managed Desktop, Network Communication, and a special priority on Cross Functional Services such as management of Hybrid Cloud solutions.

      Key focus of cross functional services is on leading or consulting the deal part of “Service Delivery” topics such as Service Management Integration in accordance with ITIL V3. Components are Service-Strategy,-Design,-Transition,-Operation as well as SLA management, Continuous Improvement for Cloud and Classic environments. Other areas addressed are License Management & Compliance, Business Continuity/IT Service Continuity Management, Project Management related tasks for Service Management and Governance in interaction with the entire technical solution team for the respective customer projects.



      Initiator of "Deal Support Centre Team” (national and international “Back office activities” for Deal Solution Manager).

      Content Centre across Solution Design and Service Towers (T-Systems Portfolio). The team supports the entire Presales Big & Major Deals by contract principles, Transition & Transformation handover, Due Diligence tasks, generals (ITIL V3 tools, processes, organization, deal specifics, guidings and questionnaires), "ISG/NON ISG" related RFP/RFI proposal content.
