When I joined the Körber Group as Chief Sales Officer in September 2019, I learned a quote from our founder Kurt A. Körber: "To be the first to do the right thing at the right time." A fundamental principle that resonates throughout the milestones of my 25+ years of business experience.
During my time at ABB as Group Vice President, this principle became clearer and clearer as the digital transformation progressed and brought with it new challenges in business development, technology management, and digital solutions business. So, I kept being curious: Where is the next value? The answer for me is: The value is based on the success of the customers and partners.
My responsibility at Körber with a perspective on Industry 4.0 is to rethink marketing sales transformation and to build partnerships that don't just involve a single product, system, or solution. I rather see end-to-end solutions as the way to create win-win collaborations and meet increasing new market needs and demands such as in sustainable supply chains. And I am firmly convinced that the greatest potential, therefore, lies in a functioning ecosystem.
I am very happy to use my experience at Körber among over 12,000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide to further expand our market leadership through technology leadership and to strengthen our position as a strategic partner.
