  • ADOPT - Autonomous Driving Open Platform

    ADOPT (Autonomous Driving Open Platform Technology) translates driving instructions from Virtual Driver applications (Autonomous Driving Artificial Intelligence) to real vehicle motion commands by enabling the control of all the relevant vehicle actuation systems. The resulting vehicle motion control is executed under safety and efficiency principles benefiting from ZF´s industry leading experience in vehicle dynamics and powertrain control.

  • CeTrax - Electric Central Drive

    The CeTrax electric central drive can be integrated simply into vehicle designs with a conventional driveline layout and is suitable for a variety of special vehicles such as terminal tractors, light crane vehicles or municipal vehicles. The ZF system with inverter and electronic control unit with proprietary ZF software provides vehicle manufacturers with a system package that is designed for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Electrical Water Pump

    An auxiliary Electrical Water Pump allows a volume flow-rate on demand for engine and power electronics cooling of HEV or EV cars, as well as cooling of turbocharged air for passenger cars, light duty or medium duty vehicles.

  • Smart Actuator Platform

    The Smart Actuator Platform (SmAP) is designed as a modular platform for peripheral devices for transmissions. It can be designed as a clutch actuator, a pump for transmission lubrication or transmission cooling. Based on application field, an electric motor, electronics and housing are selected out of a standard range. By that, the SmAP can be easily adapted to the different customer requirements.

    The MK C1® is Continental’s latest innovative brake system and in production since 2016. It makes a major contribution to safe and dynamic driving, as well as energy efficiency. It enables recuperation of braking energy in a much wider range than standard regenerative brake systems, thanks to the “brake-by-wire” design.     The MK C1® is Continental’s latest innovative brake system and in production since 2016. It makes a major contribution to safe and dynamic driving, as well as energy efficiency. It enables recuperation of braking energy in a much wider range than standard regenerative brake systems, thanks to the “brake-by-wire” design. The innovative “One-Box” system integrates the tandem master cylinder (TMC), brake booster and control systems (ABS and ESC) into a single compact and weight-saving (approximately 30%) module. Continental’s MK C1® can build up braking pressure in 150 ms (time-to-lock), which is twice as fast as conventional systems today.
