YOUR TASKS WITH US



  • Management of an assigned sales territory with the dedicated customers in the product area of TPE and ETP in Europe.
  • Proactive support in sales process, budget planning and implementation. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships based on TA interests.
  • Initiate and implement complex sales development programs. Collaborate with the EMEA sales group, technical team, customer service and logistics team on assigned sales territories and customers.
  • Support application development, technical service and customer service in development programs.
  • Support for the EMEA and global team.
  • Proactive communication of information, significant involvement in sales projects, generating business from projects.
  • Actively contributing to the realization of corporate and profit targets. Participation in the company's management systems.


HERE WITH YOU CONVINCE US/REQUIREMENTS


  • Education/studies: Bachelor or Master degree in a technical or engineering discipline, good understanding of sales and business processes.
  • Knowledge/Skills: Experience in key account management and/or business development and in the above tasks and experience or proven knowledge in plastics engineering or plastics com- pounding.
  • In-depth knowledge and existing customer network in the field of BEV batteries and electronic - components, NVH and sensors.
  • Good theoretical and operational knowledge of the above tasks. Good knowledge of the current IT portfolio, in particular MS Office, MS Teams and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English, willingness to travel is a prerequisite.
