Assistant Manager Brand Events (m/f/d) - Digital Events

Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

Support and manage the event conceptualization, planning, design and implementation of adidas events / projects to create leading event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming and developing the overall theme, purpose, and vision for the event.
  • Support the creative process of designing the visual and experiential elements of the event, such as decorations, layouts, and atmosphere.
  • Preparation and organization of all aspects of the event, including logistics, budget, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Planning and execution of event projects by using an integrated, holistic and long-term event marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with relevant key stakeholders and project teams (internal and external)
  • Manage project budgets within the given targets.
  • Independently manage smaller assigned projects while making sure execution is fully aligned with brand strategy and creative direction guidelines.
  • Assist Global Events team in a variety of department related tasks.
  • Pro-active support of superiors in various tasks.
  • Implement and acquire knowledge of a variety of digital event solutions.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Excellence in event organization.
  • Excellence in project management.
  • Excellence in ideation methods and creative thinking
  • Very good communication skills.
  • IT skills: Office 365: expert, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Software, CAD
  • Hardware: Apple/ Mac
  • Language: English: excellent, German: excellent.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Event Management/ Creative Arts
  • At least 2 years related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in event organization.
  • Passion for adidas, it’s belief and its mission.
  • Passion for sports and sport culture.
