The Role: Growth Lead


The focus of this role is to lead ChefCoco's growth initiatives. We are already the largest corporate meal service provider in Berlin and want to bring on someone to lead our efforts to scale our production capabilities across various channels including but not limited to B2B.


You will work directly with the CEO on scaling our direct corporate client base while also researching and leading efforts on other distribution verticals. This is an ideal role for someone who may be looking for a growth focused entrepreneur in residence role.


What You Can Expect:

  • Collaborate with the CEO on strategies to growth our business
  • Identify and evaluate current and new growth verticals
  • Identify and target potential clients in corporate and educational sectors.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to sign up new B2B customers.
  • Work on projects such as determining the best approach to new market entry and client acquisition.


Key Skills:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food or hospitality industry.
  • Client Acquisition: Ability to identify and pursue potential clients, building strong relationships.
  • Fluency in German: Essential for communicating with local clients and stakeholders.
  • Ownership: Take significant ownership across Growth topics
  • Research: Ability to find multiple solutions for client needs and market expansion.
  • Execution: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks efficiently.


Who We Are Looking For:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or a similar environment is a plus.
  • Ambitious and excited to bring ChefCoco into hypergrowth  
  • Eager to take ownership and drive growth in a dynamic startup environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related roles, preferably with a focus on large clients in the food sector.
