CommVault Backup Expert/ Engineer

            If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Operate the CommvauIt systems currently in-place in global and local data centers.
• Engineering (build / implement & maintain) of Backup / Archive-Solutions for existing and new systems in global and local data centers.
• Define build / implement processes for Commvault infrastructure.
• Maintain global perspective to develop standards applying to all regions / divisions.
• Leverage Commvault ESP (Enterprise Support Program) in order to engage with support / development team from Commvault.
• Compliant to relevant company standards such as retention policy, as well as regulations such as legal hold.
• Projects documented & agreed on part of the annual policy deployment action plan project backlog.
  
• Participate to legacy backup migration projects.
  
• Participate to email archive solution development / operations.
• Provide level 3 escalation support to the various operations teams.
• System documentation & creation and / or review of KBs.
  
• Work with the business to define business requirements on projects.

     and if you have/are:

• University degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in Enterprise backup/archive systems (Commvault)
• Business English level 
• Commvault Certified Master Certification
• Teamwork attitude and open mind
• Development/Engineering ability of enterprise backup/archive solution
• Deep analysis ability of Commvault technology
• Strong communication and documentation skill
