Responsible for planning, designing and execution of Process Documentation (SAP Signavio) & Process Mining (Celonis) applications lifecycle, management of backlogs of work associated with it and the prioritization.
Executes the vision and strategy for process documentation & process mining efforts within the organization.
Leads a global team and ensures delivery of service to the business based on our corporate values

Accountable for Process Documentation & Process Mining related technology systems and their processes
Disciplinary and Functional management for the Process Analytics CoE
Main Tasks:
Understand the business’s needs and priorities from the process owners, experience owners and Business leaders
Accountable for the development work getting done correctly for the responsible applications
Creates development estimates incl. levels of effort that impact the priority of requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors and/or Masters in: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
Minimum 4 years of professional experience working on Process Mining or Process Data & Analytics projects
5+ years in senior engineering and technology roles working with platform / product development teams, delivering and building platforms
Leadership experience, e.g. project lead, functional and / or disciplinary management responsibility
Excellent communication skills and conflict solving abilities
