You will be monitoring and analysing sales figures, sales targets and earnings incl. Price/Volume and gross-to-net items
You will be monitoring Sales & Marketing costs for the global Pharma business
You will be responsible for the Analysis of own sales as well as overall market sales to enable benchmarking of Fresenius Kabi Performance
You will be monitoring and analysing marketing activities, such as campaigns and advertising measures
You will conduct Profitability Analysis of the Pharma Sales Portfolio
You will act as Finance Business Partner for the Portfolio Management
You will be setting MTPs in alignment with TechOps Finance
You will be responsible for COPS Controlling for the global BU & interface to TechOps Finance
You will support and challenge the development of NPV/ business cases for CAPEX and other significant investments
You will manage & support strategic Pharma projects from a finance point of view
You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all finance topics
Your profile
You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, specialized on Finance
You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience including at least 3 years work experience in a Finance Leadership position (ideally supporting a commercial organisation) in the pharmaceutical / lie science / healthcare sector
You have gained experience within a multinational and Matrix driven corporation, where transformation and change is not foreign to you
You bring very good communication and leadership skills with you and you are able to communicate at all levels
You have a strong comprehension and analytical skills
You are open to work in multinational/-cultural environment
You are business fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus
