SciNova have been exclusively mandated on a newly created position with one of our most valued clients HQ'd in the Frankfurt/Mannheim area. We are searching for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in overseeing all facility related activities at a fast-paced, 24/7 running site - These will include technology and system upgrades to all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will also be the main POC for all issues related to technical maintenance and repair issues.

My client is searching for someone that is fiercely organised, possesses excellent cross-functional communication skills and able to manage multiple complex, and often technical, projects at once in a very busy site.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and provide expert guidance and solutions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and motivate project teams, including technicians and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site audits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of the project status and address any concerns promptly.
• Uphold my clients commitment to excellence, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in every project.

Role requirements:

• 8 years' experience in managing a broad range of facility related activities, including HVAC matters within a regulated environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Fluent German and Proficient English.
