HR Manager (all genders)

Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on HR & Office Manager to join our Team. This is a full-time position based in Berlin. It is required to come to the office 3-4 times per week. A Working student/ Intern will support you for the Office related tasks!

We are a Team of 20 employees, with a beautiful Office in Charlottenburg, and are looking for someone, who wants full ownership of the Office and HR Management.

You will report directly to the CFO.

The tasks and responsibilities are a variety of administration duties and project-related within HR and Office.

We work with Personio as an HRIS and ATS tool.

HR Manager

• Payroll preparations
• Creating Contracts and amendments
• Recruiting
• Employee Events planning
• Gatekeeper of all tools & software
• Performance Reviews
  
  

Other Duties

• Maintain Office supplies and equipment
• Responsible for daily office operations (making sure the Office is clean, daily Post duties)
• Vendor Management
• Travel booking
  
  

Your profile

• Bachelor/ Master in Business Administration, legal, finance, or any other related field. A certified Training (IHK Abschluss) is welcomed.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• You speak fluent English and good German
• You want to work hands-on and want to take ownership
