Tasks & responsibilities:
You will be given responsibility for smaller projects or subtasks and manage them independently
Manage and maintain guidelines for social media & website governance and processes (using a Sharepoint site)
Optimize social media Sharepoint user experience & manage our internal social wiki
Responsible for auditing and governing access to social media media pages and accounts
Support with connecting data sources to analytics platforms
Manage internal requests coming through social media distribution email inbox
Create internal social media governance rulebook
Your Profile:
Student in marketing, communications, business administration or comparable field
Affinity for social media content and culture
Hands-on experience with digital communications, product management or project management through internships or freelance work
High degree of autonomy and a team-oriented way of working as well as a high willingness to learn and intercultural skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and CMS Editing
Fluency in spoken and written English
What we can offer you:
As a student intern, you can expect a fair expense allowance (payment of the currently valid minimum wage)
You will be given 2.5 days of paid time off for every full month of the internship
A full-time internship is 37.5 hours a week (a smaller number of hours can be arranged)
The duration of the internship is 6 months. The earliest start date is as soon as possible.
