RIMOWA is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our dynamic IT team in Cologne. This pivotal role will oversee a specialized team of three IT professionals and will be responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure that keeps our business running smoothly.

Verantwortungsbereiche
Lead the local IT team to support full sets of software & hardware services to users, including factory system (including first and second level support)
Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives that align with the company's business goals and objectives
Manage the German IT Helpdesk and infrastructure operations (server, network, conference room AV equipment, office/stores renovation/relocation projects, and IT related projects)
Apply policies from central IT team to all German users and coordinate the IT project delivery with your manager and central teams
Perform routine IS&T application and support,Administration of a system landscape based on Microsoft
Responsible for hardware procurement, maintenances, and asset management
Keep track of helpdesk cases and present KPI reports to management
Serve as the primary liaison between staff members and external support services regarding technical issues affecting their work.
Provide IS&T training to users locally
Develop your IT team of three employees, providing mentorship, guidance, and direction while promoting professional growth
Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the offices operation when necessary
Support of the employees in dealing with IT systems (Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2013, 2016 and Office 365)
Support of the employees with general IT tasks Mange our local IT provider (telephony, hardware, ISP...)
Manage the budget dedicated to the zone
Creation and maintenance of the IT documentation
Profil
At least Bachelor’s degree in IT studies
At least 5 years of experience in IT, preferably, in retail industry
Proven experience of management in an international context
Solution-oriented person with determination and ability to respect strict deadlines
Good knowledge in the operation and administration of Windows Server systems and the Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
Good knowledge in the area of LAN, WLAN and security solutions Sound experience in the administration of an Active Directory environment
Good knowledge of Office 365
Fluent written and spoken German and English, French would be a plus
