You support our team as

Junior Commodity Buyer Car Fleet (f/m/d) Part-time / 20h per week

Responsibilities

• Contract management with the leasing company (configuration, fuel cards, invoices, etc.)
• Benchmarking of the leasing companies
• Support with ordering
• Support with updating the fleet policy
• Creating user contracts and monetary value benefit calculations
• Keeping driver data up to date
• Controlling the handover of vehicles to drivers and receiving returns
• Company car sales
• Keeping driver's license check data up to date
• Analysis and optimization of fleet processes
• Exchange with the business groups of the other Freudenberg subgroups
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Communication and organizational skills
• Openness and willingness to learn new tasks
• Ability to work in a team
• Business fluent German and English
