This is a unique opportunity to join a leading client in sustainable building management, in the post-live stage of their implementation. As a Junior HRIT Consultant, you will support ticketing, optimization, and have the choice to gradually develop into a lead consultant or solution architect. IT background is crucial, and experience with Workday is a plus but not mandatory.
About You
We are looking for someone with JIRA experience and a background in IT. While Workday experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our HRIT systems, making sure best practices are in place and continually enhancing our processes.
The Role
Work with the AMS partner to ensure best practices are in place and our HRIT systems are optimized.
Support ticketing and optimization tasks.
Gradually take on more responsibilities, potentially developing into a solution architect.
Focus on further optimization and enhancement.
Revise business processes and help construct modules to the best of your ability.
Have a holistic view of the HRIT landscape.
