Your Tasks – what can You expect as a Process Engineer (f/m/d) Global Production Technology?

• You work on creating and refining procedures for various technical processes.
• You work closely with all the production sites globally, quality control/assurance and technical development departments to ensure efficient processes.
• You ensure that processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organizational goals from conceptualization to execution.
• You assess existing processes to optimize efficiency, which may involve improving production rates, enhancing product quality or minimizing waste.
• You identify areas for improvement by analyzing performance metrics and develop best practices and innovative solutions.
• You set up a training program and train employees around the world in those new processes.
  
  

Your Profile – what do You bring as a Process Engineer (f/m/d) Global Production Technology?

• You completed a university degree in process engineering or chemical engineering, and have more than 5 years of experience in project management and process optimization, ideally in the printing ink or paint and coatings industry.
• You have very good knowledge of mechanical process engineering, experience in MES systems or lean methods are a plus.
• You are result oriented with a “hands-on” mentality and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have intercultural competence, are committed, team-oriented and willing to take responsibility.
• Ideally, you should have leadership experience.
• You have very good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• You are fluent in English and willing to travel up to 30% - knowledge of German, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese or French is an advantage.
