• Scale the Team: Lead the expansion of our engineering team, growing from 50 to an even larger, highly skilled group of professionals.
• Manage Technical Change/Dept: Drive the management of technical debt, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
• Department Size: Lead and inspire a talented team of 50 engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage Distributed Teams: Effectively manage and coordinate distributed teams across multiple locations, ensuring cohesive and collaborative efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading large engineering teams, with a track record of scaling organizations.
• Expertise in managing complex data platforms and driving technical change.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in distributed team environments.
