Teamleader Maintenance (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the permanent elimination of faults and errors in systems and equipment
• Responsible for the professional execution of maintenance activities and maintenance work
• Continuous optimization of production facilities
• Maintaining the system documentation (instructions, circuit diagrams, etc.)
• Carrying out training needs analyses and deriving a training plan for the team
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed training as an electrician (f/m/d) and completed further training as a master craftsman or technician (f/m/d)
• Several years of professional experience as well as experience in personnel management and planning
• Knowledge of systematic problem solving, machine safety and E-Plan
• Written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and CAD
