Who we are.

Rhino Reifen is a B2B tyre wholesaler, founded in 2013 and based in Hörstel and Hanover, supplying tyre and car parts shops, car dealers as well as independent car workshops. We are part of Global Automotive Investments Holding B.V. - a leading player in European tyre and wheel distribution.

With a total area of around 5,000 m², we have storage capacity for around 50,000 tyres at our Hanover site. We have been present on the market here since 2021 and are looking for motivated reinforcement for our team.

What will you do?

As warehouse manager, you will be the person with full responsibility for our warehouse in Hanover, where you will end up in a small company with about (10-20 people). You will be responsible for the processes in the warehouse and maintaining the health and safety policy. This posi􀆟on offers a challenge where flexibility, leadership and process optimisation come together in one function in which your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the warehouse;
• Responsibility for inbound and outbound goods;
• Identifying improvement of warehouse processes;
• Implementing efficiency and productivity improvements;
• Planning delivery runs;
• Coaching and motivating colleagues;
• Overseeing compliance with health and safety policies and standards within our warehouse.

What will you bring with you?

Warehouse Manager who has:

• A completed logistics education or demonstrable experience;
• Good command of the German and English language;
• Experience in working with warehouse systems;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience as a manager;
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
