Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Working Student (m/f/t) to join our Commercial, Performance and Testing team within the Gas-Fired Power Stations business unit. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and evolving industry. The successful candidate will support various projects and initiatives aimed at optimising the commercial performance and operational efficiency of our gas-fired power plants.

• Assist in the analysis and evaluation of plant performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development and implementation of performance testing protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that enhance profitability and operational efficiency
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed
• Assist in the coordination and execution of performance tests and trials at various power plant sites
  
  

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data sets
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and German are a must
  
  

Advantageous, but not a must

• Knowledge of database Structured Query Language (SQL) or noSQL
