Despite a day that started with mixed weather, the sun came out just as the event was about to start, creating the perfect atmosphere for our runners and supporters. We recently hosted the Girls' Day at Caterpillar, an annual campaign day to inspire girls and women to pursue technical and scientific careers. This year we welcomed three girls for a tour through the REParts & Training Centre. During the tours, our team explained, demonstrated and presented various aspects of our operations, encouraging questions and interactions. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and curiosity! At the end of the day, we gathered for lunch, which provided an opportunity for further discussion. Initially, the participants were children of employees, but due to the positive feedback, we plan to extend this opportunity to other interested girls next year. Exciting news from our Service Team! We've successfully completed another Dual Fuel LNG conversion project, upgrading a 12 M 43 C engine to a 12 M 46 DF - a major and significant step forward in the progression of marine propulsion upgrades. The project involved meticulously planning wiring harness components, ensuring original equipment installation in the engine room and producing new design drawings and schematics using ePlan software. Our dedicated team provided technical support via a telephone hotline and onsite assistance to ensure a seamless engine start-up on schedule.
