Die Hoesch Additiv Decke besteht aus Hoesch Profiltafeln

mit Bewehrung und Aufbeton. Sie wird mit Trgern in
Stahlverbundbauweise kombiniert.
The Hoesch Additive Floor consists of Hoesch profiles with

reinforcement and a concrete top course. It is combined with
girders to form a composite steel structure.
Die Lagerung auf massiven

zur Trgerrichtung auf dem
Obergurt aufgeschweit sind,

Die Hoesch Additiv Decke ermglicht grozgige sttzenfreie Flchen in der Betonierphase
und im Endzustand.
Die besondere Trapezprofilgeometrie erlaubt die
Ausbildung einer leichten Stahlbeton-Rippendecke und sorgt damit fr eine Materialeinsparung von 40% im Vergleich zu massiven
Flachdecken gleicher Tragfhigkeit.
Durch die groen Deckenspannweiten wird der
Aufwand fr die Unterkonstruktion wesentlich
reduziert.
The benefits:
With Hoesch Additive Floor, large free spans

The different phases of construction (i.e. structural

steel work, laying of trapezoidal profiles and reinforcement, concrete pouring) can be carried out
almost independently of each other.
Die Montage kann sehr rasch und preiswert erfolgen, da die

Verlegung und Befestigung der Profile nach dem Einheben der
Pakete von Hand erfolgt. Es werden zu keiner Zeit
Hilfsuntersttzungen bentigt.
Durch die werkseitig beschichtete Unterseite mit der
Farbwahlmglichkeit aus der reichhaltigen Hoesch
Farbtonkarte wird ein perfektes optisches Erscheinungsbild
gewhrleistet.
The erection time is substantially shortened and costs are

reduced, because the profiles are laid and fastened manually
once the bundles have been lifted and positioned. No
auxiliary props are required.
A perfect finish for the exposed lower side is ensured by the
factory-applied coating, available in a large range of colours.
