CW Announces The Midseason Premiere Dates For ‘iZombie,’ ‘The 100,’ And More

If you’ve been craving some more teenage drama in your life, CW has you covered with its line up of very beautiful people in scandalous situations. Ahead of its panel at the Television Critics Association’s 2018 winter tour, CW announced when some of its biggest shows, including iZombie, The Originals, The 100, and Dynasty would be returning. The network also announced the premiere date for Life Sentence, its new comedy starring Pretty Little Lies‘ Lucy Hale.

CW’s first midseason premiere of 2018 will be iZombie, which returns for its fourth season in late February. The supernatural drama follows medical resident Liv Moore (Rose McIver), an up-and-coming professional who is turned into a brain-craving zombie. Slowly, Liv learns that she can see the memories of her victims after eating their brains, and she uses that knowledge to solve murder cases. Season 4 will premiere on February 26 at 9 p.m. and will join DC’s Legends of Tomorrow on Mondays.

Next up are Life Sentence and Dynasty, which both premiere in March. Life Sentence follows a young woman (Hale) whose life in turned upside down after she survives her cancer diagnosis. The series will premiere Wednesday, March 7 at 9 p.m. and join CW’s current titan, Riverdale. Meanwhile, CW’s reboot of the 1980s soap opera of the same name, Dynasty, will be moving to Friday nights. Starring Grant Show as Blake Carrington and Nathalie Kelley as his new wife Cristal Flores Carrington, new episodes of the series will premiere on Friday, March 9 after the show’s midseason break on  January 31.

Finally, The Originals and The 100 round out the spring premiere schedule in April. The sin-off series of The Vampire Diaries will return for its final season on Friday, April 20 at 9 p.m. The post-apocalyptic drama series The 100 will return to all of our lives Tuesday, April 24 at 9 p.m. You can check out CW’s upcoming schedule below.
