There’s a change in the lineup happening this season of Below Deck, and if you’re wondering who the new deckhand could possibly be, well, all it takes is putting a few puzzle pieces together. But don’t worry, Brian and his penis ravine aren’t going anywhere.

The Valor crew members found themselves in a pickle when deckhand Abbi Murphy got engaged and decided the yacht life just wasn’t for her. She told Decider it was a “heart-wrenching” decision to leave the boat, and while she felt as though she ended on good terms with Captain Lee, he didn’t seem all that pleased. So of course, being the boss man that he is, he jumped on the phone to find her replacement.

While we could only hear his side of the conversation, this is what we learned from it.

“Hey,” he starts out with a small laugh. And Captain Lee doesn’t let out a happy little chuckle for just anyone. This is someone he knows and is familiar with. So…are we, too?

“Listen, I know you weren’t available at the start of the season but we’ve had an issue here, I need to have you here in Thailand in less than two days. Great. Pack a bag! See you soon.”

But perhaps the biggest clues come from next week’s preview, where Captain Lee breaks the news to Ashton that he’s got someone on the way.

“I have a new deckhand coming,” he tells the bosun.

“Do you have a copy of her CV I can look at?” Ashton asks.

“Oh, you already know it,” Captain Lee assures him.

And while there are plenty of clues peppered throughout that conversation, it is the shocked/slightly scared look on Ashton’s face that truly says it all. Tune in next week to see the deckhand make their big arrival, and stay tuned to Decider for all the latest Below Deck news.

Below Deck airs Monday at 9pm ET/PT on Bravo.
