What happened on Drag Race España Episode 4 ?

The episode kicked off with everybody’s fave Mini Challenge—Reading is Fundamental. Obviously Pupi Poisson, a seasoned comedy queen, took home that win. This episode continued to favor the comedically inclined queens, because the Maxi Challenge was Snatch Game. The Snatch Game prep included the usual “What you wanna do is not necessarily what you’re gonna do” moment, as Dovima Nurmi and Killer Queen both planned on impersonating Cayetana, the Duchess of Alba. In the end, though, Dovima ended up busting out her curly blonde wig while Killer was left to impersonate conservative Spanish politician Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

The change benefitted Killer Queen, who ended up winning Snatch Game. Her performance in the ball challenge, showcasing the same character progressing through the Trashy Chick, Aggressive Executive, and Marbella Jet-Set looks, helped her take home the win this week. Pupi Poisson came so close to winning, with her best showing on the runway yet. The bottom queens were Arantxa Castilla La Mancha, whose ball looks did not come to play, and Hugáceo Crujiente, whose Mona Lisa performance brought a smile to no one’s face. In the end, Arantxa was told to sashay away.
