Kim Kardashian Doesn’t Hold Back After Winning Blac Chyna Lawsuit on ‘The Kardashians’: “Let’s Sue Her For Our Attorney’s Fees Now”

They’ve been dropping hints about it all season, but in the latest episode of The Kardashianswe finally got some insight into how the family really feels about that infamous Blac Chyna lawsuit. While she and her family carefully chose their words in explaining the situation in the previous eight episodes, Kim Kardashian did not hold back once she found out they had won their case.

In the penultimate episode of Season 2, Kim and Khloé Kardashian got the call with the verdict from their mother, Kris Jenner, as they were getting ready for the Met Gala — talk about perfect timing. With Kris and her boyfriend Corey Gamble triumphantly announcing, “We won!” on the other end of the phone as they were driving to the event, the two sisters burst into screams while jumping up and down.

In classic Kris fashion, she told Corey, “I want to cry,” before adding, “I need a drink.” And it’s safe to say she deserves one.

Blac Chyna, who shares 6-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian, sued Kim, Khloé, Kris, and Kylie Jenner for defamation and interference of contract after her show, Rob & Chyna, was canceled after one season. Although she claimed the family had interfered with a potential second season, Khloé previously pointed out that the couple was no longer together at the time of renewal — and there was even a restraining order involved that would have made it difficult to film.

The family never said too much about the case throughout the second season of their Hulu show, aside from Kris calling it “draining” and Khloé naturally giving a couple of snide remarks. But the moment they found out they were cleared on all charges, the conversation was fair game.

“The truth is on our side! Let’s sue her for our attorney’s fees now. Who’s with me? I’ll represent us!” Kim, who has been studying to become a lawyer, suggested to the room.

The Skims founder, who said she was “shaking,” claimed the trial was “the best lesson in law school” before adding, “you never know what the jury will really say.”

Meanwhile, Kris was “thrilled” by the outcome as she said, “I’m happy for Rob, I’m happy for my girls, I’m happy we can put this chapter of our lives behind us and move on to more joyful things in life.”

The Kardashians airs new episodes every Thursday on Hulu.
