Khloé Kardashian Explains Why Her Camel Toe Disappeared On ‘The Kardashians’: “When I’m Fat, It Gets Fatter”
Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner are peeling back the layers of their insecurities in the latest episode of The Kardashians. In a candid conversation, the duo blames “society” for making them feel bad in their own skin — as well as their beloved family members.
In a confessional, Kylie tells cameras that she was always the “most confident kid in the room” — despite what others may think.
“One of the biggest misconceptions about me is I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face — which is false,” she says. “I’ve only gotten fillers. And I feel like I don’t want that to be a part of my story. I will always want everyone to just love themselves.”
Khloé, who oftentimes comes under public scrutiny for her drastic transformation, agrees that she “accumulated” her insecurities from “other people.” The star tells Kylie and Kourtney Kardashian, “I had the most confidence. I was chubby and in a skin-tight body-con dress. You couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities.”
The Good American founder then opens up about the “bullying” she’s faced for her appearance since the “minute” she started working on TV. According to her, she didn’t look like her sisters so it wasn’t “good enough.”
“Then when I started changing my look — you get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever, I had a nose job — and there’s still people constantly bullying you,” she says.
Khloé first admitted to getting a nose job in 2021 when the family sat down with Andy Cohen for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion. While speaking to her sisters in the latest episode of their Hulu series, she wonders if she would have ever gotten the cosmetic surgery if she hadn’t heard her mother, Kris Jenner, talking about her nose.
“Right, I definitely heard her talk about your nose,” Kourtney says, to which Khloé replies, “Yes, mom talked about my nose all the time.”

On the other hand, Kylie reveals that her sisters had made her feel self-conscious about her ears when she was a kid — even though they assure the Kylie Cosmetics founder that they “loved” her ears.
“I didn’t receive it like that. I received it like everyone’s making fun of my ears, calling me Dopey,” she says. “That fucked me up. I never thought about my ears and then for, like, five years, I never wore an updo. And then I had Stormi and she has my ears. And it made me realize how much I love them.”
Now, the beauty queen says she wears updos to every red-carpet event.
Meanwhile, Kourtney tells cameras how she plans to parent her three — or should I say, soon-to-be four — children in a “world that is obsessed with perfection.”
“I think my mom always, like, had us dressing alike and being really polished and hair done,” she explains. “I think I’m just really conscious with my own kids about giving them the freedom to express themselves and not put so much pressure on perfectionism.”
New episodes of The Kardashians air on Thursdays on Hulu.
