“Remorseful” Caitlyn Jenner Reportedly Caused More Tension Amongst Kardashians After Detailing Her Strained Relationship With Kris Jenner

Caitlyn Jenner is sorry for airing the Kardashian family’s dirty laundry. The reality star regrets sharing that she and her former wife, Kris Jenner, no longer speak, according to TMZ. The outlet reports that Caitlyn is “apologizing for upsetting the Kardashian and Jenner clans,” and “is extremely remorseful and is willing to do whatever it takes to mend the family divide.”

Caitlyn claimed on Wednesday (Oct. 4) that she and Kris “really never talk to anymore,” describing their dynamic as “sad” while promoting the upcoming House of Kardashian docuseries on the U.K. daytime talk show This Morning.

She said at the time, “If there’s any communication, my manager kind of talks to her and when you have as many kids as I have, you’re closer to some than you are to others.”

Caitlyn and Kris, who married in 1991 and divorced in 2015, share daughters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. Caitlyn also became a stepparent to Kris’ children with Robert Kardashian: Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Rob Kardashian.

Unfortunately for Caitlyn, the family was reportedly upset by her This Morning remarks and are “siding with Kris over Caitlyn … including Caitlyn’s daughters Kendall and Kylie,” per TMZ.

Sources told TMZ that Caitlyn was telling “the truth about how things are with Kris,” but now feels “remorseful” about sharing the details of their situation with the public.

Furthermore, sources told TMZ that the Kardashians were “not on board” with Caitlyn’s participation in House of Kardashian, despite her intention to “defend the fam and speak highly of them” in the series.

Caitlyn said as much while speaking with This Morning. She told the show on Wednesday that she joined the three-part series to “protect” her family.

“I’m a parent, I love my children,” she said. “You know the Kardashian side and a little bit of the Jenner side, but I think a lot of times in the media you get totally misrepresented, so I wanted to do it just to say first of all how much I love my kids, and second of all how proud I am of them and what they’ve been able to accomplish. It is an amazing story.”
