The Today Show hosts were very committed to Halloween this year.

All 11 co-anchors and correspondents were present for Tuesday’s (Oct.31) broadcast where they finally had the chance to show off the costumes that Today costume designer Staci Greenbaum has worked tirelessly on for weeks. The Halloween special was Kellyoke-themed in honor of The Kelly Clarkson Show moving to New York, so the anchors got a chance to do their best impersonations of some of the biggest pop stars of our time.

Savannah Guthrie stunned as Taylor Swift in the singer’s signature bejeweled bodysuit and long blond hair. Joined by her daughter Vale, who was dressed as a younger version of the pop star, the pair performed their own rendition of “Cruel Summer.”

Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager joined forces on an iconic couple’s costume: Sonny and Cher. The Today co-hosts committed to the bit, with Bush Hager sporting a full mustache and wig.

“We don’t have a choreographed dance, but ours is in the facial expression,” Bush Hager told Today.com. And they certainly delivered!

Sheinelle Jones performed Diana Ross‘s legendary hit “I’m Coming Out” in an iconic, feathered look.

“I’m trying to soak up every single moment and just have a really good time,” Sheinelle told Today.com. “We call today’s show ‘Homecoming.’ I used to love homecoming in high school, so this is my adult way of enjoying every little second of homecoming.”

Peter Alexander and Laura Jarrett also teamed up for a couple’s costume, appearing as Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, while Carson Daly appeared as Neil Diamond and Dylan Dreyer sported some temporary tattoos during her performance as Pink. Willie Geist also committed to the bit in a unique Harry Styles look, and did not shy away from the former boy bander’s dance moves as he sang “As It Was.”

Last but not least, Al Roker took us back to the ’80s with Lionel Richie’s “Dancing on the Ceiling,” while wearing the very same wig Kenan Thompson wore to impersonate the Voice judge on Saturday Night Live.

Dreyer took to X after the broadcast to praise today’s special: “I’m not sure I’ve ever had more fun on Halloween!!” she wrote.
