Lisa Hochstein‘s divorce drama takes an ugly turn on tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of Miami when the reality star breaks down in tears over her estranged husband Lenny Hochstein‘s latest attempt to gain full custody of their two young children.

For those who haven’t been keeping up with the tabloids, Lenny revealed he was leaving Lisa during a hot-mic moment on RHOM Season 5. The duo officially called it quits in 2022 after 13 years of marriage, and Lenny has since become engaged to his 27-year-old girlfriend.

While the ex-couple isn’t officially divorced yet, their back-and-forth has been playing out on a public stage, including tonight’s episode of RHOM when Lisa opens up to her co-star Adriana de Moura about the latest motion Lenny filed against her.

“I was served a motion. A motion was filed by Lenny. It was very disturbing,” Lisa says. “It was the worst motion yet. He’s making all kinds of false accusations. He’s trying to paint me as an unfit mother. He’s trying to take the kids 100%. I’m in literal shock.”

According to Lisa, the plastic surgeon is claiming that she abuses prescription drugs like Klonopin and Adderall — which she says is “not true” and believes is merely another effort on Lenny’s part to portray her as “the worst mother imaginable.”

“I don’t know where he’s coming up with this. The goal is to try to get 100% custody of the kids. They’re trying to destroy me, take away the mother of these children, They need their mother,” Lisa says as she breaks down in hysterics. “I don’t know what I did to deserve this. It’s hell. It’s absolute hell. I feel like I’m living in hell and I can’t get out. It’s just too much.”

The reality star further accuses her ex of “throwing [her] away like garbage,” adding in her confessional that “he’s trying to take everything” from her.

“He knows I don’t have the funds to keep spending on lawyers and he’s doing this because he wants to hurt me and he wants to wear me down,” she explains. “This is what people in Lenny’s position try to do to women all the time. And it’s disgusting. Why can’t he just do the right thing and let me live?”

Meanwhile, de Moura assures her friend that she has done nothing wrong.

“He cheated on you. He decided to leave you. He left his children for a 25-year-old girl,” she says. “It’s his fault. He’s the bad guy. Not you.”

The Real Housewives of Miami airs every Wednesday at 9/8c on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
