Jennifer Lawrence owns her famous falls, even if they appeared pre-meditated.

Lawrence, who was one of five previous Best Actress winners invited to present the coveted award at the Oscars on Sunday night (March 10), spoke to Chicken Shop Date host Amelia Dimoldenberg on the red carpet, where the Oscars Ambassador took a timely jab at Lawrence’s expense, per People.

“Do you have any tips for any nominees to not fall up the stairs?” Dimoldenberg teased.

Lawrence, whose first famed Oscars fall took place in 2013 on the steps of the Dolby Theatre stage as she went to secure her win for Silver Linings Playbook, issued some simple and sound advice at first.

“Well, yeah, just don’t do that,” she shared.

She then reminded Dimoldenberg that she “fell the next year, too,” referring to her 2014 tumble on the Oscars red carpet.

“So then it just looked like I 100% faked,” she added. “Oh, it was awful.”

After Lawrence noted that she “fell on a cone,” Dimoldenberg chimed in, “Sorry, an ice cream cone?”

Lawrence clarified, “I wish. No, an orange cone.”

Liza Koshy seemed to follow in Lawrence’s footsteps this year, stumbling over her dress on the red carpet.

“That’s alright!” the comic graciously exclaimed, jokingly blaming her trip on “a manhole.”

While Best Actress ultimately went to Emma Stone for her performance as Bella Baxter in Poor Things, Lawrence spoke to favored nominee Lily Gladstone‘s talents during last night’s ceremony, praising her as “the soul of Killers of the Flower Moon.”
