Tonight, this year’s March Madness men’s basketball tournament will finally come to an end with UConn and Purdue taking the court at 9:20 tonight. The University of Connecticut Huskies took home the championship title last year and this will be Purdue’s first time reaching the title game since 1969. If UConn wins tonight, they will become the eighth men’s team in the NCAA to win a back-to-back championship — and the first since the Florida Gators did it in 2006 and 2007. To get here, UConn took down Alabama’s Crimson Tide with an 86-72 Final Four win, while Purdue defeated the NC State Wolfpack 63-50 earlier on Saturday. Whether or not your brackets are still in it, this final game is sure to be an exciting end to the tournament.
