The View has made clear that they’re no fans of the infamous Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and they welcomed one of the Georgia politician’s most prominent detractors onto the show this morning with Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who made headlines for her remarks aimed at Greene during a House Oversight Committee meeting earlier this month.

After Greene called out Crockett’s “fake eyelashes” during the May 16 meeting, she hit back with a remark about Greene’s “bleach-blonde, bad-built, butch body.” Shortly after Crockett walked out onto The View stage this morning, the show played a remix of her diss at Greene, just one of many that have taken over social media since the congresswomen’s exchange first went viral.

While speaking with The View today, Crockett once again took aim at Greene.

“Unfortunately, there’s been this situation with Marjorie where she is a bully, and no one ever responds,” she began. “And so the idea was, she would just get away with it again.”

When Joy Behar interjected, “Like [Donald] Trump,” Crockett replied, “Correct!”

“She basically just mimics Trump,” Crockett said. “And because she mimics Trump, she is one of their top fundraisers, period. She is the fifth-highest fundraising member of the Republican party behind those in leadership because she is rewarded for her antics and for the destruction of our institution.”

She continued, “These are people that not only were saying on Jan. 6, ‘Let’s literally, physically tear down the institution,’ but we have people that are tearing our institution apart from within. And that is a problem, and see, the thing is, it’s not about partisanship at all. It’s about respect. And it’s about making sure that you’re doing the work of the people.”

Crockett said she would “work with anybody who wants to make this a better country,” telling The View, “We don’t have to agree on everything. But where we can find common ground, let’s get to work and stop doing this ridiculousness.”

The View airs weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
