Not only did Scott Disick‘s bad back contribute to his prior weight gain, but so did his love for Hawaiian rolls and ginger ale.

In the most recent episode of The Kardashians Season 5, titled “This is Going to be Really Hot Tea,” Khloé Kardashian yet again comments on Disick’s sudden weight loss.

“Scott, we’re gonna stop losing weight, right? You look amazing but like…,” she says, to which he replies, “Maybe like three more pounds.”

According to Disick, he didn’t realize how unhealthy his habits were before he began losing weight.

“But I mean, honestly, I had no idea how horrible it was — what I was doing at night, eating those little bread things,” he explains, referring to Hawaiian rolls.

He continues, “I was pounding a whole box of them a night. I love them. But I didn’t realize what I was doing. And then I also didn’t know the whole thing about ginger ale being the same as a soda.”

Disick admits he thought ginger ale was just a “soothing drink,” revealing that he would drink “20 gingers a day.”

Kris Jenner first addressed Disick’s recent weight loss in the Season 5 premiere of The Kardashians, telling the cameras, “Scott looks great and I know that he’s really struggled the last year or so. And I felt like he was not in the best place and it made me really sad.”

Disick was previously involved in a car accident when his Lamborghini SUV hit a curb and flipped over, leaving him “strapped in and hanging,” he explained in a Season 3 episode of The Kardashians.

The Talentless founder later attributed his weight gain to the back issues he suffered as a result of the accident.

These days, however, Disick is sporting a much slimmer look. As we see in the Season 5 premiere, Disick has traded out junk food for healthier options in his fridge. But that didn’t stop eagle-eyed fans from noticing boxes of Mounjaro in the butter compartment. While the drug is meant to treat type 2 diabetes, many celebrities have been taking it as a quick way to lose weight.

New episodes of The Kardashians drop every Thursday on Hulu.
