If it wasn’t already obvious enough, Teresa Giudice has zero plans to rekindle her relationship with Melissa Gorga. On Sunday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star admitted that she’d rather get back together with her ex-husband Joe Giudice than hang out with her estranged sister-in-law.
While chatting in the Bravo Clubhouse, host Andy Cohen introduced a shady game in which he presented a series of unlikely scenarios and asked Teresa to choose whether she would rather part-take in the hypotheticals or hang out with Gorga.
What we gathered was that Teresa would do just about anything if it meant she didn’t have to interact with her brother’s wife. She would park cars with John Fuda, hang out with Margaret Josephs, and even reunite with former RHONJ co-stars Kathy Wakile and Rosie Pierri.
The most shocking confession, however, was that she would rather get back together with Joe than be forced to speak to Gorga, prompting a stunned reaction from the audience.
“Sorry, Louie!” Cohen called out to Teresa’s current husband Luis “Louie” Ruelas, who was sitting in the WWHL audience.
Teresa and Joe finalized their divorce in 2020 — six years after they both pled guilty to bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in prison, while Joe was sentenced to 41 months. He was ultimately deported back to Italy upon his release, and now lives in the Bahamas.

In a 2016 interview with People, Joe claimed that he did everything he could to keep his then-wife out of jail.
“I took full responsibility and tried to do what I could to keep her out of there, and we worked on it until the last day when she went in, not really thinking she was really actually going until she actually had to go,” he told the outlet at the time.
These days, the exes appear to be on good terms, with Joe giving Teresa and Ruelas his blessing during their 2023 wedding special.
“Joe wishing me happiness just shows how far we’ve come. I’m so proud of how we’ve continued our relationship, stayed connected,” she said in her confessional, per People. “And I know that makes our daughters happy. He’s always gonna be in my life.”
Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
