BRATS (2024)

Powered by Reelgood

A new documentary exploring the Brat Pack, directed by one of their own, is now streaming exclusively on Hulu.

Brats, a retrospective about the group of actors known as the Brat Pack, was directed by Andrew McCarthy, who starred in St. Elmo’s Fire, Pretty in Pink, and Weekend at Bernie’s, among other ’80s films.

Brat Pack members Emilio Estevez, Ally Sheedy, Demi Moore, and Rob Lowe, and Brat Pack-adjacent actors Lea Thompson and Jon Cryer all appear in the documentary, while Molly Ringwald and Judd Nelson both declined to be interviewed for the project.

Naturally, the doc will reveal never-before-told secrets as members of the Brat Pack take a walk down memory lane to discuss the impact the Brat Pack label had on their lives and careers well beyond the ’80s.

The Breakfast Club is currently streaming on Netflix, but if you want to watch it for free, you can do so with an AMC+ free trial on Prime Video. It’s also available to rent from Prime Video for $3.59.

St. Elmo’s Fire is also $3.59 to rent on Prime Video, but you can watch it for free with Prime Video‘s 30-day free trial, Hulu‘s 30-day free trial (perfect if you signed up to watch Brats!), or on Pluto TV.
