Stream It Or Skip It: ‘The Kardashians’ Season 5 On Hulu, Bringing The Family Together For One Final Hurrah Before Baby Barker
The time has come for Rocky Thirteen Barker — a.k.a. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker‘s baby — to arrive. After a long-documented fertility journey that ultimately ended in natural conception, Kourtney finally gets to give birth to her fourth child in the latest episode of The Kardashians Season 5.
The reality star and her husband begin documenting Kourtney’s labor on the night of Oct. 29, 2023, which is when they first go to the hospital. The Poosh founder says she’s filled with “excited, anxious energy” as the doctors tell her she’s one to two centimeters dilated.
However, things eventually reach a standstill.
“We have been in this hospital room overnight and nothing is happening,” she says on the morning of Oct. 30. “I was three centimeters dilated up until 4 a.m. and nothing progressed. And so we’re just here bouncing on a ball trying to get things moving.”
While Kourtney insists she wants her son to come when he’s ready, it’s clear that she and Travis are vying for that Halloween baby. And they come very close to getting one after they decide to go home from the hospital and wait it out a little bit longer.
But they don’t just go home and take a nap after a long night of waiting for Baby Rocky. Instead, they take matters into their own hands the only way they know how.
“We went home, ate at Crossroads, showered, slept in our bed, and then we have sex to get things going — see if that helps. That can help sometimes,” Kourtney says.

Their NSFW tactic lands them back in the hospital room by the next afternoon, though they’re still hours away from delivering their baby, who doesn’t decide to make his grand entrance until Travis puts on Frank Sinatra.
Kourtney begins pushing at 11:55 p.m. on Halloween night, before Rocky is ultimately born on Nov. 1.
“I’m holding Rocky Thirteen Barker and it’s everything I’ve ever dreamed of,” Kourtney says. “I think everything we’ve been through to get to this moment, it just feels so surreal … I have the most supportive and amazing husband I can ever dream of and I am so happy in my blissful baby bubble.”
New episodes of The Kardashians drop every Thursday on Hulu.
