Kelly Ripa Begs Mark Consuelos To Grow Out His Hair On ‘Live’: “A Little Something For Me To Play With”

Kelly Ripa wants Mark Consuelos to bring back his luscious locks.

On Friday morning’s episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, Consuelos pulled out some pictures sent in by Thursday morning’s “Stump Mark” contestant, Linda Walls, who stumped Consuelos and revealed that she was once chosen to act in a scene with him.

“Young Mateo Santos,” he teased of his All My Children role after showing viewers the vintage pics, in which he was sporting a bit of a longer ‘do.

Ripa told Consuelos that he “should grow [his] hair out again,” gushing, “I miss your long hair.”

Consuelos quipped, “You miss my long hair? Every time you say that, I get a haircut.”

Ripa replied, “I know, and it makes me nervous because you get your hair cut, I feel like, every week.”

While Consuelos insisted that he gets his hair cut “every three weeks” and that “it’s on [his] calendar,” Ripa teased that her husband and co-host was “wrong,” before reiterating that he “should grow it out a little bit.”

Consuelos conceded, “Maybe I will,” as Ripa continued her convincing.

“Just for fun. For the summer,” she continued. “Have a hot girl summer.”

Following some laughter, Consuelos reiterated, “Maybe. Summer’s the wrong time to do it.”

However, Ripa claimed that she misses “tousling” his hair.

“Running my fingers through it… Now, it’s just like running my fingers through a mink coat,” she teased, as she caressed Consuelos’ hair. “You know, just a little something. A little something for me to play with.”

Consuelos then sought out Ripa’s side of the deal, asking her, “What are you gonna give me?”

Ripa replied, “I will continue to give you this complete life of… dreams and luxury,” which Consuelos responded to with an enthusiastic, “Deal.”
