No sophomore slump here! The women of The Real Housewives Of Dubai continue to deliver all the fashion, luxury, fun, heart and drama Bravo viewers crave. New housewife Taleen Marie—a long-time pal of Caroline Brooks— has been a welcome addition to the cast and caught the eye of Caroline Stanbury after she took a drunken tumble during a wild night at the Beyoncé concert. While a cheeky comment from Stanbury rubbed Marie and Brooks the wrong way, Marie was quick to forgive once Stanbury explained herself. Brooks was not as easily pacified and got herself uninvited to Stanbury’s housewarming party after calling Stanbury a “see you next Tuesday.” Eventually, Stanbury and Brooks came to a steady truce since something else is clearly going on with Brooks—most likely the stress of opening her new business, The Glass House by Caroline Brooks.

There’s nothing like a good party to try and mend friendships, is there? In this exclusive clip, we join the ladies in the middle of Chanel Ayan‘s “Queens’ Dinner,” which is meant to celebrate the queens in her life. Brooks, who is also on the outs with Ayan and her soon-to-be-ex-bestie Lesa Milan, managed to score an invite. In the spirit of the celebration, Ayan declares: “I want to have fun. I would like you to choose whoever you want and say how you feel about them as a queen.” Gobsmacked by the positivity, Milan volunteers to go first. “I choose Sara,” says Milan, choosing to compliment Sara Al Mandani. “As an Arab woman, I feel like you own who you are.” “You’re the real original bad girl,” finishes Milan, letting her Jamaican accent come on strong.

As the women cheer, Al Mandani chooses to praise Milan right back. She says: “I love how you take care of your kids. I love how nice you are and I love how you’re inspiring a lot of women.” The group cooes and awes as Brooks goes next. “I’m going to pick Chanel Ayan,” says Brooks. “One, you’re drop dread gorgeous. Two, you just exude femininity and I love it. And number three, your heart.” Truly touched by her words, Ayan responds: “Sometimes you drive me mad crazy, but there are some things I really like about you.” As Ayan begins to compliment her Brooks, the camera pans to both of Milan’s and Stanbury’s strained faces.

In her confessional, Stanbury asks the question going through viewers’ minds: “What is this? Is someone passing around mushrooms? Have I missed something?” The camera then cuts to Milan in her interview seat: “I don’t know what has gotten into Ayan,” laughs Milan. Then, Ayan explains herself in her confessional: “The best thing I’ve realized with Brooks is to be nice to her because she’s like the hungry hyena.” “The nicer I am, the calmer she gets,” says Ayan wisely.

Back at the dinner, Marie chooses to gush over Stanbury as Brooks visibly tenses up. “You are unapologetically yourself. You’ve been through a lot,” says Marie. “To go from a long marriage and kids and to be the confident you, you’re a role model for a lot of women.” After Marie’s last compliment, the camera shows Milan—who is also not a fan of Stanbury—suppressing a laugh. In her confessional, Milan exclaims: “Yes, she’s a role model for 50-year-old influencers.” “Can we pan to Brooks’ face, please?” instructs Milan to her producers. At her request, the camera shows Brooks’ stank expression during Marie’s speech praising Stanbury. Guess that truce between Brooks and Stanbury isn’t going to last much longer!
