Katie Flood Reveals Whether She Still Keeps In Touch With Tom Schwartz After Their ‘Winter House’ Fling

Katie Flood‘s days with Tom Schwartz are as far behind her as her yachting career. The Below Deck Mediterranean alum revealed on Watch What Happens Live where she currently stands with the Vanderpump Rules star more than a year after their infamous fling on Winter House.

On Monday night (Aug. 12), Flood video-called into the Bravo Clubhouse from her new residence in Dubai, where she told host Andy Cohen whether she was still in touch with Schwartz.

“I actually haven’t spoken to Schwartzy in a hot minute but, you know, as always, we have a very chill, casual, easy relationship so we do chat from time to time,” Flood said.

Sparks flew between Flood and Schwartz when they jetted off to Steamboat Springs, Colorado in March 2023 for the third season of Winter House, which starred a mixed bag of Bravolebrities from shows like Below Deck, Summer House and Vanderpump Rules.

While they likened their makeout session to being in “high school again,” there was one thing about Flood that Schwartz had a hard time looking past: she had the same first name as his ex-wife and fellow Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney.

Their short-lived romance might not have gone beyond Steamboat Springs — but Flood said on Watch What Happens Live that the cast still keeps up with one another in their group chat.

“It’s definitely a lot more quieter than it used to be but we still chat every now and then,” she said. “Like, it was Kyle [Cooke’s] birthday the other day so everyone sort of hypes up birthdays and big moments. But yeah, I think we all still keep in touch. Not as often as we used to, but yeah, we’re all still friends.”

Flood also offered her opinion on Schwartz’s situationship with Jo Wenberg in Vanderpump Rules Season 11.

“Yeah, I 100% think Schwartz led her on,” Flood said. “As we all know, there are three sides to every story. When I watched that, I was really like, ‘Oof, Schwartzy.’ But I feel like that’s when his nonchalant personality comes into play. I adore him but sometimes it’s just like, what’s going on, you know?”

Schwartz is currently dating 24-year-old media planner and strategist Sophia Skoro.
