    Ready, Set, Go! 🏃♂️🏃♀️ The yearly DHL Relay in Denmark is well underway with the first of five races done – and we couldn’t be prouder of the great team spirit and great style demonstrated by our colleagues who attended the event in Aarhus.   For this year’s event, we unveiled a t-shirt made by ONLY PLAY of ONLY BRAND HOUSE that isn’t just functional but also full of character. Designed to stand out, the lightweight, breathable t-shirt features a yellow back print illustrating a stylish relay runner and a statement saying “Fashionably first”.     The customer always comes first 🌟 That’s how the old saying goes, but for our colleagues in Belgium, it’s actual words to live by. Case in point: their recent local sales event in Antwerp. This event came to life when some of our Belgian key accounts couldn’t attend a VILA event in Paris: “We didn’t want our customers to miss out on the gorgeous capsule collections and the great offers. So, we brought Paris to Antwerp and organised our own Paris-themed event for valued customers,” says pauline eeckhout, Marketing & Communication Specialist at BESTSELLER Belgium.   As an extra add-on, the Belgian sales team also created a local trans-seasonal collection for the event:   “The trans-seasonal aspect in fashion has become increasingly more important and we wanted to tap into that phenomenon.     New logo is all about the it factor ✨ Our kidswear brand NAME IT recently took a big step in its branding journey by launching a new logo to match the current brand expression. Designed for kids who play, get messy, and roll about, the team opted for a logo that highlights movement: “At NAME IT we put the kids first – their comfort and their movement. The new logo adds playfulness to our brand while providing us with new opportunities to communicate different subjects within our universe,” says Matilde Louise Damsgaard, Head of E-commerce & Marketing at NAME IT. Elaborating on the creative process, Matilde shares: “What we experienced was that the NAME IT name has so many untapped possibilities.     New showroom in Istanbul 🇹🇷 Once again, Türkiye takes the prize for the BESTSELLER growth market of the financial year. Naturally, this consecutive performance calls for a bigger showroom in Istanbul – and that’s exactly what the skilled team of 25 colleagues got earlier this year. Located in the Vadi business area, this 1200 m2 showroom is double the size compared to the previous one in Istanbul. It’s been re-designed from scratch to match our Nordic look & feel through clean and soft aesthetics.       Meet Ditte Marie Bay, Co-brand Director in PIECES & YAS ✨ Few people have only worked for one company throughout their entire life, but Ditte is one of them. Since entering the workforce 26 years ago at a VERO MODA store in Hjørring, Denmark, she has steadily climbed the career ladder at BESTSELLER. Through various roles, she has taken on business development responsibilities, primarily in sales-focused positions, both in Denmark and abroad. "At the age of 15, my very first job in the clothing store involved assisting and serving customers. This sparked my fascination with sales. I thrive on customer relationships, achieving results, and the drive to continuously improve. There's always a target we're striving for, and once we reach it, we set a new one and raise the bar even higher," says Ditte. After five years of juggling school and her student job, and with her Business Academy diploma in hand, Ditte decided to explore new opportunities at BESTSELLER's headquarters in Brande, Denmark. "At the office in Brande, I had an interview with a man named Anders. It wasn't until I came home that afternoon and mentioned it to my parents that I found out he was the CEO of the entire company. But the interview must have gone well, because I got a job at ONLY. Later, I became an International Business Trainee, which really sharpened my skills and mindset. Being an IBT is how my career took off,” says Ditte. In her current role, she’s part of a shared top management team for the fashion brands PIECES and YAS. With her teams, Ditte has recently been working hard sharpening focus on the core business, fine-tuning identity and strategy to win the competition in the market. "I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day. Being part of a dual management team is something quite special. Jette Lykke Lorenzen and I have a fantastic and respectful dynamic, which pushes and develops me, something I greatly appreciate. Throughout my many years in BESTSELLER, I've been surrounded by different characters with a strong drive, each in their own way pushing everyone to perform better than we did yesterday," says Ditte. Privately, she is a mother of three children, two daughters and a son, who she has with her husband Thomas. Twice a week, she gets up before the household for a pre-work training session which gives her a great start before joining the BESTSELLER office in Aarhus. “Experiencing Tomorrowland, a large-scale annual electronic dance music festival in Belgium, with Thomas is definitely on my list of things to do." #management #leadership #career #fashioncompany #ThisIsBESTSELLER

    A spectacular debut ✨🎉 Being present at Copenhagen Fashion Week is not new to us, but last week, we showcased all brands at CIFF · Copenhagen International Fashion Fair in Bella Center for the first time. CIFF is built with the intention of gathering brands and buyers under one roof, creating an opportunity to connect with both new and familiar faces. We were thankful to see so many visitors at our exhibition area, where each individual brand and sub-brand had its own dedicated space with its own distinct character. Many colleagues have really put an effort into the 7,000 sqm BESTSELLER area, and hearing the feedback at CIFF, they should be very proud of the result 👏 Moreover, nearly 90 percent of the exhibition stand materials are given a second life, with a minimal amount being disposed ♻️   #CopenhagenFashionWeek #FashionFair #FashionCompany #Network #ThisIsBESTSELLER
