The Food Festival is over and now it is time for a wrap 💥 We collaborated with Lavazza for the second year in a row, where we collected their spent coffee grounds over the 3 days of the festival. The result? We collected 44kg of spent coffee grounds 😱 which we up-cycled into Coffee Base. We also gave a small workshop talking about Coffee Base and what we do at CG 💙 Huge thank you to Lavazza for choosing sustainability and for collaborating with us and thank you to everyone who came by to talk to Giulia. This year we are back at the Food Festival 😎 Last year, we teamed up with Lavazza Group and Rebecca Purcell Siri to demonstrate the culinary potential of up-cycled spent coffee grounds. On top of that, we collected all the spent coffee grounds from the Lavazza booth and up-cycled it into Coffee Base. This year, join us at the Lavazza booth on Friday, September the 6th, from 16.00 to 18.00. We will be showcasing Coffee Base, which will be available for purchase until we run out.
