This innovation allows for full-surfaced, water-based prints on aluminum while maintaining optimal sealing conditions. The technology offers faster delivery, reduced costs, and consistent print quality across 93% of Pantone colors. • Sustainable solutions: Our Ecolutions range highlights the use of Lowcarbalu in applications such as EcoPeelCover and EcoAluTainer. This groundbreaking material significantly reduces carbon emissions compared to traditional aluminum while maintaining high performance. Additionally, we will present other sustainable innovations, including EcoPressoLid, EcoTwistPaper, EcoLam, and EcoVer, designed to support recycling and ensure excellent goods preservation. Packaging” by the talented local artist Bosco Gomez. Now, our Aluprint general office is not just about flexible packaging, it’s also a canvas of creativity. Head of Plant Enrico Vischi and Bosco Gomez took center stage at the unveiling, discussing how the mural reflects the vibrant energy and growing role of young talent at our company. This artwork symbolizes our commitment to integrating fresh perspectives into everything we do, as well as our drive for innovation in the ever-evolving world of flexible packaging. Proudly receiving the Quality Performance Award at Zentiva's first supplier meeting! Under the principle 'Partnering for Growth', we were invited together with 15 selected partners at Zentiva’s first supplier meeting in Prague to explore business and growth strategies. The common discussions around development, production process, and operational focus had the aim to strengthen cooperation with partners. Key elements such as #strategy, #quality and #sustainability were highlighted in interactive discussions. This platform was a fantastic opportunity to explore and develop ideas together, and we were delighted to contribute our insights during a panel discussion on the pharmaceutical market. We hosted our first Pharma Customer Academy in South Korea! The two-day event brought together 74 participants from 43 different customers and was co-partnered with our esteemed partners KP-Tech and Perlen Packaging. We had the opportunity to present key insights about our Pharma Division and delve into the sustainability aspects of pharmaceutical packaging. We also had the opportunity to share our innovative products, amongst them Regula Circ and Perpetua, which set new standards in the industry. Additionally, we introduced Low carbon aluminum, our latest initiative aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions from aluminum production. This event was a fantastic platform for meaningful exchanges and reinforced our commitment to driving innovation, sustainability, and excellence in pharmaceutical packaging. We are excited to share that our plant Constantia Jeanne d’Arc in Vecqueville, France, has been recognized for its exceptional work in rotogravure printing. The award ceremony took place in June in Laval, at the charming venue known as “La cité du Lait.” We received this prestigious award for the best rotogravure printing on paper, highlighting our dedication to quality and innovation. The winning design is a banderole for Danone’s popular Danio Kokos - Limoen, a delightful product loved for its unique coconut and lime flavors. Rotogravure printing is a highly specialized process that allows for rich detail and vibrant colors, making it ideal for packaging designs. Our plant excels in this technique, producing high-quality products such as yogurt lids, banderoles, and butter wrapping. This award demonstrates our commitment to delivering outstanding packaging solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Constantia Flexibles is honored to receive the German Packaging Award 2024 in the sustainability category for our top-notch innovation, EcoPeelCover! EcoPeelCover is a pioneering thinned lid solution for PP cup materials, tailored specifically for the dairy sector. Our objective was to create the thinnest punched aluminum plate on the market while maintaining the high standards of mechanical properties found in standard die-cut lids. Key highlights of EcoPeelCover include: • Material and energy efficiency: Significantly reduces material usage and energy consumption by reducing aluminum thickness to 25µm and extrusion coating to 13grams/m². • Exceptional performance: Matches standard die-cut lids in puncture resistance, corrosion protection, and peel properties. • Excellent barrier values: Ensures optimal protection against water vapor and oxygen. Receiving the German Packaging Award underscores our dedication to pushing the boundaries of packaging technology, sustainability, and excellence.
